I have been in the fitness industry for nearly two decades. I understand that getting fit can mean different things to different individuals. As a certified personal trainer I can go over fitness goals, overall health and what it means to you. Does it mean strength training? Or does it mean fitness health nutrition all together. Collaboratively, we discuss your fitness goals and how to best achieve them with compassion and efficiency. Mobility and being able to perform everyday tasks should never be challenging! Losing body fat and gaining muscle is what everyone wants to do, but it's more complex than lifting weights and dieting. Genetics, autoimmune disease, hormonal imbalance, injury, age, sex, peri-menopausal, menopausal, post menopausal, surgery, transgender surgery, etc. all play a factor. My goal is to help you overcome hurdles and elevate your fitness level. Together, we choose a gauging process to track your progress, such as moving the needle on the scale or observing how much better you fit your jeans! I analyze your body type and specialized needs to create your own individualized fitness plan. Change is a process, not an event. How long it takes is an individual matter.

Relationships are key in every part of our life. If you're happy, I'm happy. Communication in our fitness relationship will produce results. Adapting new fitness habits is difficult and often times fails, but I am here to pivot with you. My goal is to elevate your view on fitness so that it becomes apart of your lifestyle and who you are. I strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle.
